Rea is in the W.O.W. program at her school... that's what they call the 3-yr olds. It stands for World of Wonder. For the past month or so the kids have been learning to ride bicycles and tricycles and all about bike safety in PE. And for the last week or so the kids were encouraged to do chores and helpful things for coins... they were collecting money for a charity. The W.O.W. kids raised over $900 (all in coins, it was heavy)!
Yesterday the bike safety month and charity drive concluded with a Trike-A-Thon. Parents were invited and some of the lower school grades turned out to watch and cheer on the little ones. It was really a cool event and words cannot describe how absolutely adorable it was!
