Boo to You 2012! Day 1

Rea and Ri have been preparing for our annual Disney Halloween trip by watching 2010's home video and slideshow. I was slacking last year and have not updated our DVD. Maybe I will be able to carve out some spare time to do that before next year's trip.

Obviously I am not writing this as it happened. This year's trip was the weekend before Halloween. And we had the awesome pleasure of having some school friends meet up with us! As far as our trips go, this one was awesome, and it definitely ranks high on my list. It was simply fun. Oh, and the weather was PERFECT!
Buddy was so excited he kept taking all the clothes out of the suitcase to pack himself for Disney.
Yes, all of our grocery bags are skulls of vintage Disney. So?
And we're off! Dad & Zach drove in front of us, trailering the golf carts up.

We went up on Saturday, checked into our "cabin" (still referred to as "trailers" in our family), and set out to decorate. Rea is in charge of holiday decor, and she had a vision that she executed very well. Yes, she's still only 4.

Rea is giving Zach some order that he is no doubt rolling his eyes about.

Tables are almost ready for all of the food and guests.

I love the table cloth!

Checking on her horse.

Buddy was just happy to ride around on his bike.

Can you spot Vader? How could we not bring him?
On Saturday night we had our big meal at "home." Whenever we stay here, we eat at least one or two main meals at the cabin. This makes Dad and Shane feel as though we have saved money at Disney.

It was so nice to have M & Wendy over for dinner! After chowing down, we hopped on the golf carts and rode around looking at all of the decorated cabins. It was chilly, but super fun!
Rea is clearly stoked to have Mommy taking pics of her and her friend M eating.

Buddy and Aunt Jack - he is such a fan of Jack!

Lil' stinker refused to look at me... although he is saying, "Cheeese."
That's a lot of spider cupcakes - too bad Buddy can't eat any of them.

Isn't Steph so crafty?
